Battling Winter Loneliness

Listen to a radio interview with TJ on Minnesota 93 about how to combat winter blues and social isolation.

Christine Nessler talks about how Freedom Home Care can help aging adults manage loneliness during those cold and icy winter months. When it’s hard for aging adults to get out of the house on their own due to weather conditions, ice or health limitations, caregivers can visit them in their homes or help them to get to their favorite activities like bible study or tea with a friend so they can continue to have much needed socialization.

Live interviews are aired on Thursday mornings between 9:00 a.m. to 9:20 a.m. on 93.1 FM.
