Chris Mihm

Chris is a long-time resident of the Mankato area. After graduating from Mankato State University with a degree in accounting, he moved to the Twin Cities where he practiced as a CPA for six years gaining valuable business experience. After starting a family, Chris and his wife, Kristine, felt drawn back to the Mankato area where they moved in 1999. Chris started a satellite mortgage office where he worked until he was hired by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Chris worked as a home mortgage consultant with Wells Fargo for 13 years and was committed to providing an excellent customer experience.
Over the years, Chris has seen family members struggle to remain independent in their own homes. His first experience at a younger age was seeing the toll that Alzheimer’s took on his grandparents’ relationship. Ultimately, his grandfather had to be placed in a nursing home as his grandmother was not able to care for him on her own. Chris has always had a desire to make a positive impact on people’s lives and believes that Freedom Home Care will be able to provide the Mankato area with first class home care.
Chris and his wife, Kristine, have three children all of who have been drawn to contribute to the mission of Freedom Home Care. In his free time, Chris enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time at the lake with family and friends.
