Mankato, MN—Marking their fourth year in business Freedom Home Care has launched a new website with a focus on catering to clients, families and professionals interested in home care and case management services. The website features information specific to each of the audiences’ needs. Clients will find information about fall prevention, in-home assessments and providers they can trust. Families will benefit from resources such as the Family Learning Center and the Family Room Portal. Finally, professionals will benefit from an online intake form to make referrals for home care and case management more timely and efficient.
“The first place most people stop for information is on a business’ website,” said Christine Nessler, Owner and Community Outreach for Freedom Home Care. “After careful consideration we decided to update our website so it catered to each unique group of people who are using, considering or referring to home care and case management. Launching during our anniversary month was a fun way to celebrate our fourth year in business.”
Freedom Home Care is a locally owned business and began providing home care services to southern Minnesota in September of 2014. Since then the line of services have advanced to additional nursing services including medication management and case management services by licensed social workers and registered nurses to provide support to aging adults who may not have family close by to advocate for them.
